Waitlist privacy information

This supplements our Privacy policy. The custom waitlist asks only for your email address. Klaviyo processes the subscription for us and may also receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when the form is submitted. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

We use the address to send the product and launch emails you request. We do not ask for payment details, account balances, brokerage credentials, a phone number or a mailing address to join. Do not send passwords or financial credentials through our contact form.

Shopify, Klaviyo and, if enabled, our advertising providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. Retention depends on the purpose, your subscription status, recordkeeping obligations and service-provider settings. Unsubscribing may leave a suppression record to prevent further marketing.
